How was this done?

Hey Everyone,

I saw this video here, and was wondering how the color effects were done. An example of one starts at around 1:56. It basically looks like it changes color, and was wondering if there is a way to keyframe the color change, and this is what they did. I don't know, maybe there is an easier way to do it in another program? Also, where are they getting this "blow out" effect, where it looks like "film" got blown out or burned up...they usually use it before cuts. I am sure it is a filter somewhere but I can't seem to find it in FCP.

The 1:56 effect is an overlay of inverted clouds.

The burn out effect looks like some light effects that are blown up in size and so they appear super big.

There is nothing really special in the video...
Pretty standard stuff. Production cost is for sure less than $100. (+$1 Million for the rappers of course)
