Sequences re-naming themselves?

I'm working on a brand new Mac Pro tower, a 2.8 Quad-core w/10.6.4 and FCP 7.0.3.

Everything was up and running at the end of last week, and has been working fine except for one weird glitch I haven't seen before.

About 25% of the time - still not sure what triggers it - the sequence I'm working on will magically re-name itself to the name of a clip I'm editing, or pasting in from the clipboard. Once it starts, the sequence name seems to change to whatever clip name I'm working on.

Has anyone seen this before? What gives?

That's an OLD bug from 7.0...the update to 7.0.3 should have fixed it. Trash prefs and see if that does it.

Company owner ran a software update on the OS, but didn't run one after installing FCS 3. All good now.
