Removing light-caused flicker

Removing light-caused flicker

Hi, I've got some South American footage (HD) shot indoors and now that I'm viewing it on a monitor, I see that the fluorescent lights are flickering. (I didn't notice this in my HVX-200 viewfinder at the time or I would have adjusted the shutter speed.)

Any ideas on removing the flicker? (flicker filter doesn't help.)

Thanks,

Paul

I believe After Effects has tools that can fix this. There's nothing in FCP to do it properly.

All the best,

Tom

DeFlicker2 from the Foundry Furnace Core plug-ins for FCP should be able to fix that.

Test it out with the trial before you decide to rent/buy them.
