Final Cut Pro 4.5 export list no MPEG 2 select.

I use PowerPC G5. OS 10.5.6.
I use Final Cut Pro 4.5.
In Export list no MPEG 2 select.
I read the Manual . It told me when DVD Studio Pro is installed, an MPEG 2 encoer will appear in the list.
but I, no DVD Studio Pro.
Please tell me other method can let the export list have MPEG 2 select.
It is because I export the Quick time Moive(the fiel size is ok small), but other computer can not open it, becasue other computer no install the final cut no the codec.
If export the "Using Quick Time Conversion" . It is too big the file size.
So I realy hope can export the MPEG 2.

1) How can let my final cut export have MPEG 2 to select.
2) May be some convertor can let the Quick time Movie change the format to MPEG 2.
but since i try some convertor. it tell me it can not know what is the file format about the Qucik time Movie "can not load"
3) Can i get the codec to install , let other computer can play the Quick time movie file?
