Cinema tools manual

I have recently found that apple has an online manual of cinema tools. something that is missing from my FCP studio pack.

I was wondering if someone has seen any apple pages that can allow to download this file as PDF and if possible to post
a link to download it as seems impossible to me to browse the web all the time to read it.
