Sony EX3 HDCam footage

I will be receiving this footage on a hard drive already captured. Will I be able to edit it natively (or transcode it) on my Power PC? Running FCP 6.

Last hour trying to find exact answer on forums and Google and Sony support, surprisingly no luck.

You should have no problems as long as you don't have multiple video tracks running. I have been editing XDCam on a G5 running FCP 6.0.6 for a couple of years.

You will need XDCam Transfer from Sony which is available free here:
