pleasantville effect in final cut pro with green screening

hi i already know how to do the pleasantville effect in fcp,but is there a trick when you do it with green screening,i get the look i want until i render then the greenscreen goes grey,any suggestions thank you

What do you mean by the green screen goes grey? You're supposed to key out the green screen? Then selectively key and desaturate the colors you don't want. The second filter to desaturate color range has to be applied after the keylight filter, not before it.
