Weird pixelation going on...?

I am working on a low budget horror movie, 90 min, shot 960 x 720 24pn.

I shot it on an HVX 200. It has that digital quality/look about it, so I added Sapphire (Stylize) FilmDamage AND Filmlook.

I'm trying to prepare it to be delivered to the distribution company. I exported my movie into 5 clips, using the method:

file>export>quicktime movie

Then, that is when I added the Sapphire effects.

Now, I am seeing the image look ever so slightly pixelated. Sometimes it comes and goes. It is very subtle.

What's weird is when I stop the clip, I can literally see it turn from a pixelated image into a clearer image and it looks fine, however, when I press play, then once again, I see the pixelation here and there. The pixelation is especially bad around the edges.

Anyone know why it looks like that? Is this a compression issue? Should I have exported my clips in Prores instead?

I have been doing a lot of playing around with the color correction, contrast, saturation and brightness, if that matters.
