How to edit in Final Cut with 3-D avi files?

I'm on a 2010 MBP with Snow Leopard and Final Cut 7. I opened and L-R split the
3-D avi video files from my Fuji W3 with StereoSplicer, but what's the best way to
edit/output in Final Cut?
