Log and Transfer _SOLVED

I am having an issue.
My main footage is Apple Pro Res 422 HQ and when I Log and transfer my Broll it comes in Apple Pro Res 422 (no HQ)
So of course when I try to create a multiclip I have an error message.
However I don't see how to change the log/capture settings...

The Log and Transfer window has preferences on the upper-left corner.
