Help with inqscribe export into FCP xml subtitles

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and joined in hopes of getting some help. I recently finished a major subtitling job using inqscribe (far from perfect for subtitling) and sent the files to the client in Final Cut Pro xml format. I stupidly did not back up my inqscribe files and today my laptop was stolen. The only access to my work is in the FCP xml files emailed to the client. Trouble is, he needs the files in RTF and has no clue(nor do I) how to convert the files I sent back into RTF or word, in a way that preserves the original time in and time out codes and text. Can anyone help? Also, can ayone tell me which the best subtitling tool for Mac is out there? I have FCP but am told the subtitler doesn't allow major editing, adding, or previews. I am a freelance subtitler and can't currently afford SWIFT or WinCaps and wondered if Jubler is a good choice for Mac. Thanks!

How about importing the FCP XML file you exported from InqScribe back into InqScribe? InqScribe can import XML files.
