I have 2x 27 inch screens connected. Over the last week the screens have started jumping. Meaning it jumps about 100px and seems to blink. like old school tvs would do when actuall turning the knob.
The screens are new (LG 2750). They were purchased like 7 months ago.

My gfx card is old (ati x1900) and at the end if the month i will be upgrading to the gtx570. What i am wondering is if this jumpy behavior is coming from the card or something else.

Its mostly noticed while in premier and c4d. Also when the tower is started from sleep or restart.


Any ideas on what is happening?
