mov to flv? HELP

Hi I'm working on a project and need to send it to my client in FLV format.
I'm using prism to convert the mov file. getting very pixelated compression?

Please can someone suggest what I can do to get a decent quality compression from mov to flv.

How are you exporting? I would recommend exporting in a high quality or lossless format.
