Can anyone recommend best export settings for iPhoto slideshow to put in a SD Final Cut Pro project

Size, would MPEG 4 or Quicktime be better etc?

I am on deadline for tonight so any help would be really appreciated.

SD NTSC? PAL? 4:3? 16:9? If yuo have the option, just make it a quicktime with the same specs as your sequence settings. For PAL it's 720 x 576 (anamorphic if it's widescreen) and I think it's 720 x 480 for NTSC.
