Drives for Cutting with ProRes 422 720p HQ

What drive interface do I need to work at this resolution? I'm getting some glitches with FW800 and even eSata will hiccup on a long sequence. I'm using an OWC RAID 0 tower.

Problem Solved! Needed to update my eSata card drivers. Tough to remember to update those since, at least with Sonnet, there is no way to tell when the drivers are updated. I was way behind.
