Anyone running Lion finding that they are getting some spinning beachballs? I have the most recent FCP and there's a lot of wait time I didn't used to have and a lot of spinning beachballs. I have 8GB of RAM on a MacPro, early 2009 version. Does anyone have the experience of going to 16gb of RAM and did that help? It's a lot of money because I was told not to mix RAM brands so I have to get all new.... if that's even true?

FCP X or FCP 7. FCPX seems to work much better with 16 of Ram. FCP 7 will not benefit
