Time code in Log and Transfer

Using log and transfer for my footage from my Sony NXCam, but all of my transcoded clips start at 00:00:00:00, instead of the free-run preset time code. Playback directly on the NXCam shows the correct time code and my .mov files from my JVC camera imported directly to FCP contain the correct timecode. Still on FCP 6...do I have a wrong setting in log & transfer?

The NXCAM footage is only fully compatible with FCP 7. The format that camera employs is an offshoot of AVCHD...slightly different than normal. I had a TON of issues with that format until I updated to FCP 7.0.3. Even 7.0.1 had issues.

ClipWrap2 solved those issues before FCP 7.0.3 did...try that.
