I shot some footage recently at 25fps in a room with florescent lights on an EX3. I didn't change the shutter speed as I had shot there before and it was ok. I now find 6000 miles away in the edit that there are nasty bands across the whole frame. I've put it through Streamclip and de-interlaced it but to no effect. Not a great fan of fixing it in post but is there a way? I've looked at forums but they tend to suggest what to do before shooting. Is there a retrograde correction?

Ken Stone suggested I ask here. I'm running FCP 7.03 on Mac 10.5.8.
