Sound Troubleshooting for Eurorack UB1002 Mixer

I have a Eurorack UB1002 Mixer, and for some reason, it went dead as far as output sound goes. The LED Meter on Mixer registers and so does the meter
on my Adobe Audition Program. Any suggestions how to troubleshoot this? I've tried everything I can think of at this point.

What are you using for outs?

Have you tried going out to something other than a cpu as a test.
