Help with multi layer transition

Ok, I've got a video:

I've masked out the hand in AE and sandwiched my reveal effect and the new image between the hand and the original (yes, the masking of the hand looks like ass, I'm a noob at AE). What I want is for the drawing to be revealed through the guy (does that make sense?). I'm not sure how I should rearrange my clips or if I need to be adding something else. Suggestions?

Gfx isn't really my job, so I'm waiting for Joey or someone else to respond. I'd say you're missing a matte on the guy, and another animated matte for the reveal.
