Morphing plug-in for FC7 or Motion

I am looking for a morphing plug-in. I have a client that needs a before & after morph af a still picture. I have never used one and provably never need one again so I am looking either free of really cheap.
I'm using FC7 or Morion.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
