Finding place in Timeline when looking at clip in the Viewer

If I match frame in my Timeline to load the clip into the Viewer and then pick a point in the Viewer, is there an easy way or shortcut to figure out where that place is in the Timeline clip?

The F key from the viewer will match frame back to the sequence.
