My Timeline Just Doubled In Size And Looks Like It Now Has Sprockets

As it always does with fcp7, this mysteriously appeared on my FCP7 timeline this morning and no amount of searching offers a solution! The problem is I have trouble describing what this even is! I know it has something to do with displaying speed (Ken Stone's article informed me of this), but still don't know how to get rid of it! So I'll attach a jpg and hope there's a simple solution to this.

All I want is my normal timeline back!

If you'd read Ken Stone's article you would have seen the following sentence (emphasis added by me):

"In order to see how your speed changes are being applied to the clips, click the Toggle Clip Keyframes button in the lower left of the timeline"

This is what you have inadvertently done.
Now undo it.

Option T wil toggle "Clip Keyframes" view.
