Shot video on Canon 5dMK2

Hello folks, Shot video on Canon 5dMK2 - Cannot see Canon 5d Files on FCP7 what codec to I need to view these files.What codec to I need to download to be able to see these files on FCP7. I have taken he files through compressor to create Prosfiles, they are transferred but cannot see video only hear audio. Any assistance is appreciated to resolve issue and properly transfer files to a viewable working format in FCP7
