.ts weirdness - Looking for a better converter.

have been using DV Media Converter to create .ts (transport stream) files for billboards. It is a very simple drag and drop, one click program. Lately its been giving me plenty of anomalies in files. The program can take a full mpg or mp4 file and convert it to .ts and yes that does include both audio and video (as one file).

Is there another program out there that can do the same?
