CINEMA TOOLS POST EDIT QUESTION

I'm film finishing a project cut in FCP 7. The media was ingesting skipping Cinema Tools, by just importing a mini FCP 7 project as "DAILIES" along with the QT files to link to. This was done by a 'telecine lab' (ALEs were also delivered)

I'm turning over a picture reel to sound, but since there is no sound metadata in FCP and since Cinema Tools database creation was skipped I'm now trying to find an effiicient way to export an EDL/ cutlist out of FCP 7 to go Cinema Tools to create a "pull list". I want to generate sound roll/tc for shots used in that reel rather than do the entire shoot.

So, in a nutshell, to be efficient I only want to import the ALEs and link the QTs for the specific shots that were used in the reel.

Any advice on how export a FCP cutlist. Import that list into Cinema Tools and have CT display the file names needed to import in order to create the database for all those files on the reel? Thank you in advance everyone.
