How to import .srt subtitle file into FCP7?

Hello All,

I have my film edited on FCP7.0.3 on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.8.4.

The translator has sent me the subtitles in the form of a .srt file.

I am hoping there is a way to import this .srt into my fcp and that the subtitles will be placed automatically on the timeline. How can I do this?
