quicktime setting

<HTML>what settings should I put for a quicktime movie in order to get a clean result. I want the best image possible, but everything setting I've tried comes out looking very distorted.</HTML>

<HTML>Not sure what your doing Jason. Try exporting as a FCP Movie and drop into Cleaner EZ and do the work in that. Read up on reference movies.
