General Error

<HTML>Has anyone come up against this problem:

When I am editing everything is fine but when I go to Print to video I get a General Error message- I have tried to change the prefrences and also to trash them but I just keep getting the General Error message. Ultimatley I had to use another system to lay off-( I am laying off to DV as my master and then VHS from DV)
Any suggestions ?????

<HTML>Often general errors are related to settings problems such frame rate set to 30fps rather than 29.97. Other reasons are Hard drive problems. General error on capture almost always means incorrect settings. Run disk first aid or a utility such as Nortons or Tech tool. Rebuild desktop also. Also just play the timeline rather than using PTV. Hit record on your device. Much easier that way.
