Sometimes type gets fuzzy

Hello-
I'm encountering a weird inconsistent problem. I'm on FCP HD, G5, using an AJA IO, Extron router.

I guess I'd say 50% of the time when I play a sequence I notice on my Sony Wega monitor that my picture gets a tad fuzzy. A tad that makes legal copy and thin type from spots/logos look blurry. It only happens sometimes though which is making me crazy. I've done all sorts of tests and can't figure out why FCP wants to play my sequence crappy sometimes. I know most people won't notice but I notice and I don't think it's right.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it.

Are these single title cards? Try nudging the text up or down, left or right. See if that makes a difference. If titles are over video that may explain why it only happens every so often. Background makes a difference.

Use Title 3D not the legacy generators.
Render at High Quality (dark green bars checked in Sequence > Render menus).
Put the timeline in Safe RT.
Also follow Mike's advice.
Don't use Image + Wireframe to place images
Use the controls in the Controls tab instead.

Also experiencing Inconsistency. I had a jittery image when I had a title screen overlayed on a frozen (still). I moved the entire work area to the beginning of my sequence and it cleared right up. What's up with this?
