DVCPRO HD anyone?

Working on creating DVCPRO HD outputs. Is it possible to ouput 720p over firewire? We can output 1080 and 720 via the K2, HD-SDI, but I am wondering if it is possible to do 720P or 1080 over firewire. We are using FCP 4 HD, but it doesnt have any DVCPRO HD options in the playback output settings, despite having all of them available in the sequence settings.

Only way via FW (as far as I know) is to the Panasonic 1200A deck which will do 720P and 1080i both.

We are actually using that deck, but FCP doesn't seem have an option to play out 720p or 1080 via fire wire. Is there something I need to install in FCP?

There wouldnt be a playout setting in FCP, its in the deck. Just play out and it will record what you tell it to record. Never used the deck but thats my thinking
