Multicam clips with DA-88audio

We're cutting a one hour stage presentation with four cameras and 16 trks of DA-88 audio. We're experiencing some weirdness when grouping all of this material together. Syncing is done by "in point" but when the newly created clip is cut into the timeline, only the first few seconds of multitrack audio show up, with the rest of the duration blank. The video performs as expected but the audio is whacked. We know that there is audio there, but it's not finding it's way into the group.

Anyone out there with much experience in grouping multicams see this? Thanks.
