looping playhead

I'm using FCP 4.5 and I've been dealing with an annoying little "preference" that I can't seem to find out how to shut off.

When I have a clip in the browser or the timeline the playhead LOOPS back to the beginning of the clip once it reaches the end - instead of just stopping (which is what I would prefer)

Does anyone know how to stop the looping? I've looked in my system setup and I can't seem to find the fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try ctrl+L ?

You can also turn it off under View - Loop Playback.

I LOVE the loop. Particularly when trimming on the fly. Y'see, it's GOOD too!
