Digital Heaven today announced the release of DH_Counter 2.0, a major upgrade to the on-screen counter plug-in for Final Cut. DH_Counter 2.0 is the quick and easy way to create an animated counting display over your footage. This new major version has been completely rewritten and adds numerous new features including the ability to set a custom start or end time and multiple counting modes. The company has also added two more free plug-ins DH_Fade and DH_FieldTrans to its popular freeware range.

DH_Counter is ideal for creating a countdown timer to the start of an event or for coverage of sporting events such as races and against the clock challenges. DH_Counter 2.0 has been completely rewritten to provide many more features and flexibility than the previous version.
