FCStudio 3 (FCP 7+) DID YOU GET YOUR UPDATE!? (FCS2 to FCS3)

Hello,

We purchased 27 updates (FCStudio 2 to FCStudio 3) from Apple on June 9, 2011, which the Apple Online Store shows, with an expected delivery date of 3 to 5 business days. When I use the "Apple Order Status" link, it shows that information. We did receive our 5 MacPro's (around $6k each for, with our options) and our Apple Promise 32TB RAID (all, in all we spent around $150k to upgrade 27 systems).

FCPX was released on June 27, 2011.

We never received our updates and are still waiting!?

Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any answers about this? Apple, are you out there, can you help me PLEASE!:^(

Has Apple promised others to deliver product, same as us, and Apple not fulfilled their promise?

What should we do?!?:^(
