OT: The Census Commercial

If anyone has scene the census commercial with the blue bus moving thru an abstract neighborhood the graphics look like they are filmed in (as i have described b4).
The entire commercial is graphics.

So since i have been ask to give an example of this filmed in look i am given this commercial as such.
I think its a 3d program such as Maya or 3ds Max but i am unsure. It could be AE for all that matter.


Sooooo.... What program could be used to make these type of graphics?
