frame rate

is there a setting i need 2 set in order to change the frame to 25 fps instead of 23.98 fps ?

Yes, there is.

Problem is you can only set it BEFORE you import your media.

So if you have already started grading I recommend you save the grades, start up a new project, then reimport the footage and then re-apply the grades.
