Render errors

I am new to color and doing some tests to use it on a real project.

My first renders came out strange. They are slip horizontally at the middle of the frame and then the bottom part is slip vertically were the left side should be in the right side and vice-versa.
Is this a common error, what should I do to fix this,

what footage format in fcp? clips and seq
