Secondaries shortcuts / resizing the window how do i do it?

Secondaries Color in the Geometry window.

I am currently rotoscoping fine detail work so i need to zoom in a lot.
Holding my right button down and moving my mouse up and down zooms it in great but its only centered.
How can i reposition the screen so i can zoom in on say the left or right side of the screen.
So i can fine tune my spline or roto points please.
I know i can use the middle mouse button.
But what is the keyboard shortcut.
