Shot interview in front of Window

Hi ,
Just wondering what I can do to control the neutral density of a slightly blown out back round of an interview I conducted in front of a window? I did use neutral density on the window but I was fighting clouds and different skin tones.

You need the Capt's Blowout Fixer. It'll get what detail it can. But if it's gone, it's gone.
