COLOR just doesnt import it.

PAge #84 of Manual says DV/DVCPRO-NTSC is a valid format
I have Color 1.0.04

If Color won't read the file, then try using FCP or QuickTime to convert it into something Color likes, such as ProRes. Bring the ProRes clip in and you should be good to go.
