1.5 with 1.0?

Not familiar with Apple Color and hoping someone can do me a kindness.

Can I open a Color project that was done in 1.5 with 1.0?

I'm trying to save a grade from a color project that was done in 1.5 so that I can apply that grade to the same source clip using 1.0 (what we have) with the intent of adding more handles the the exported clip. When I open the 1.5 project in 1.0 everything is offline and I can't reconnect anything. I can find the offline clip that was graded and save the grade. But when I send the source clip from FCP to Color (1.0) and try to apply the grade, nothing happens. Any ideas?

I don't think it's adviseable to open projects that are saved with a later version of Color.

Nope. Not downwards compatible. Why not just upgrade from FCS2 to the new FCS? It's cheap enough to do.

The quicktime codec is still good with FCS2 but the L&T and Color components are strictly FCS3.
