Sony FW900 for Apple Color?

Hi guys, I tried bumping this thread: [www.lafcpug.org] but it didn't really work.

Anyways, I was also recommended the Sony FW900 as a cost effective monitor solution for color grading with Color and actually found one for a song and in fantastic condition.
Is there anybody still using this monitor with Color? Do you use it for the GUI or as a reference monitor? How is the monitor holding up? In the other thread Zulov and Ricky sound like they liked the monitor.

I was thinking about running it with a blackmagic SDI card.

Not sure how it looks, but it looks like a computer monitor to me, so I doubt you have an SDI or an HDMI input. You won't want to monitor through VGA off the graphics card as that is in the wrong color space.
