Compressor and Vimeo and Quicktime not optimum

Hello,

I ran compressor with the settings found on Ken Stones page and a few of my own tweaks for screen size, but it look like crap on vimeo esp the dissolves and resolution. Then I uploaded it to my site and it looks decent but the files is huge 158MB so people are having trouble if the have a normal computer. Anyone with Compressor experience have a recipe that they know works with vimeo ? Its 24p CONVERTED to interlaced and if i recall right its 4.26 (something like that Im not at my work station to check) and AAC

Bizarre.

The "recipe" I use for Vimeo is the H.264 for Apple TV compressor preset. Works perfectly.
