Encoding software tip

My company's in need of an encoder pack that supports multiple formats. Something like Compressor, but for Windows. The catch: it has to support Real Media (.rm) video.

Ideally, we could really use something that would convert .VOB files directly from a DVD to many formats (mpg, rm, wmv).

Any tips appreciated!
