Making DVD

Hello Compressionists!

I want to send out some DVD's to my folks who will make copies of those DVD's other family members
.
So the quality is not super important, but since I've been getting so much great input here, I thought I would ask you all what a good process would be...the video is standard def...about 9 minutes so normally I would make an uncompressed master (learned that here) and then I would burn to toast...but I am interested in what might be a better way.

Encode in Compressor and author with DVDSP. Or use a proprietary encoder and analyze with something like this:
