Flash files

I'm sure this is addressed in the wiki or on the forum, but I can't get the wiki to work or the search function.

My client wants an FLV file. I created the project in FCP 7.0.2. I'm running a Macpro tower. I have Compressor 3.5.2. I also have Streamclip. I am not sure how to convert this to an FLV so that I retain the highest quality for the client.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The easiest way is to create an H.264 and change the file extension to FLV. This will be fully accepted by Flash.

If you don't want to go down this route you will need to get a Flash encoder, which should ship with the Adobe Flash authoring software.

My software:
Pro Maintenance Tools - Tools to keep Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro running smoothly and fix problems when they arise
Pro Media Tools - Edit QuickTime chapters and metadata, detect gamma shifts, edit markers, watch renders and more
More tools...

You can also use Episode from Telestream. (Flip4Mac guys.)
