FHD3D or 3D frame-pack encode

I need to do a BD with some 3D footage on, I plan to use Neo3D for the 3D work after FCP edit
but now I understand that recording to HDMI 1.4 specs, the BD needs to be 3D Frame Packing format, witch is a new format for me
someone in my country can do the trick, they use a hardware encoder as far as I know, but they also charge a lot of money
so anyone who got some knowledge about this, I would be happy to share
