compressor tweaks for vimeo

Hi guys,

I got some extremely helpful advice about the vimeo droplets and you also sent me some droplets, which i am so very grateful for.

Im just wonering to ensure the best quality on Vimeo, when i go to the settings of the droplet once its on my clip in compressor, what do you reccomend i put for the compressor settings..

In particular under the 'Frame controls' window
-the 'Rate conversion' option, do i put that as fast, better or best?
-the 'de-interlace' option, do i put this as fast, better or best? Also if the footage has already being de-interlaced in final cut, is this option even needed?

Also under the 'Encoder' window. Were it has compressor quality, it wont let me scroll the cursor over to 'Best' it only stays on 'High'.
Also for the 'data rate' option. Do i put this on automatic or restrict to 5000? Keeping in mind that when i put it on automatic, i then am able to put the cursor onto 'Best' in the quality option.
