mov to flv? terrible

Hi I'm working on a project and need to send it to my client in FLV format.
I'm using prism to convert the mov file. getting very pixelated compression?

Please can someone suggest what I can do to get a decent quality compression from mov to flv.

I would recommend creating an H.264 FLV. The easiest way to do this is to create an H.264 file in Compressor (such as with one of the Apple Device presets) and then change the file extension to .flv. Flash Player will recognize it as an FLV.
